Project Updates

• Commencement of construction work on Phase-I, consisting of about 50 acre, started from June’2007.



• BSCPL has established its own mixed concrete ( RMC) plant at site along with solid block manufacturing, to give highest standards of quality.



• About 15 lakhs square feet of buildings to be constructed has been laid, another 5 lakhs to be started in another 4 months.



• Apartments & Independent houses consisting of Row houses and Villas on Block 1 to 13, are about 90% and from Block 50 to 64 are about are about 60% complete on structures.



• BSCPL envisage, to start handing over possession of Bollineni Hillside, Phase I, from September 2010, onwards.



• Two main roads of the Phase-I have been laid and leveled.



• Selection of Architects for Phase II , consisting of Multistoried buildings , is at advanced stage.
